has always had a passion for health and changing lives through teaching. The desire to pursue inspiring others to grow in all areas of their life and achieve optimal health came at 16 years old. After reading 2 key health books & meeting Jay Korditch, better known as “The Juice Man,” the vision was caught and her health quest had begun. Living in England at 19 years old opened up doors to attend massage school in London. Returning to the states after earning an international license, Andrea practiced as a massage therapist in the U.S. for over 13 years. She soon learned the value whole food nutrition played in helping patients reclaim their health. Dissatisfied with today’s woefully deficient dietary habits, especially that of children, she turned her attention to studying nutrition and natural health. After receiving her first Bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, she went on to earn a second in Dietetics as well as a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Traveling and adventure are high on the list of favorites for Andrea. There were many opportunities to participate in mission trips during her college years. While on a Chiropractic mission in the country of Panama, shortly before graduation, God led her to meet her husband Dr. Jeff Hazim. They were married shortly afterward then moved to South Florida, where they not only started a family with 3 sons (Isaiah, Cyrus & Shiloh) but established a diversified wellness center resulting in many lives changed! Over the years, the two have blended their nutrition knowledge, chef skills and love for teaching into a successful DVD series called ”Lessons for Healthy Living.”

Currently their efforts are going toward developing an online Christian broadcast network called www.BiblicalHealth.TV ~ “Nourishing Body, Soul & Spirit.” BH.tv enables believers to gain wisdom and truth from many Christian Experts concerning all areas of a healthy lifestyle!

When Andrea is not busy wearing her “wife hat” or “homeschooling mom hat” you will find her spending her time hosting cooking shows with her hubby as well as educating and motivating with passion for more than just health. She has taught private homeschooling co-ops as well as grammar aged children for Classical Conversations. In the 2012 / 2013 school year, Dr. Anj will transition into the role of Challenge A Director, teaching 7th grade students. Besides her love for travel and adventure is a passion for dancing!! With any remaining time you will find her enjoying Zumba Fitness with anyone who will join her while she dreams about opening a Dance Fitness studio one day!

I just watched your teaching on A Rood Awakening. I knew some of the things, that you talked about, but you taught so much more. Especially getting back to eating as in Eden.
    Thank you.
